Big Brothers Big Sisters' LGBTQ Youth Mentoring Enhancement Initiative began in 2016 with the belief that who we are should be a source of pride, not a barrier to opportunity. Since then, we’ve provided mentors and youth with tools to build trust, explore individuality, and navigate life with confidence.
