Starting on January 1, 2024, we are aiming to recruit more mentors in Brunswick, Bath, and Sagadahoc County, especially men.

Bigs spend from one hour a week in the school-based program to four outings a month in the community-based program, with a baseline time commitment of 48 hours a year – two days or less than half a percent of one's overall time.

With this being a leap year, we all have an EXTRA 24 hours in 2024 to change the life of a child!

Given the continued challenge of recruiting volunteers, the waitlist of Little Brothers and Sisters continues to grow.

The need for our mentoring services for youth is high in our community, and the missing component is volunteer mentors. But being a Big is not the only way you can help us.

We need volunteers to help us find new mentors through ambassador campaigns and new board members to support the agency's work. And we need donations to do the outreach needed to ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Won't you join us?
