We were born out of justice to create equity for youth, bringing together diverse communities so that all kids can feel included in the promise and opportunity for a better life. BBBSA actively engages diversity, inclusion, and cultural competencies throughout our organization. As we celebrate Pride Month, we want to reaffirm our promise to educate and uplift LGBTQIA+ individuals not just during this month but throughout the year.
